The Tipton County Museum is throwing a free family night all about the bees, butterflies, and other pollinators that make our food possible. You’ll learn about local pollinators and how native plants can help support them. It’s equal parts fun and educational, and the whole family is welcome.

Historic Downtown Covington is throwing a free summer celebration with something for everyone. Kids can enjoy bounce houses, face painting, horse rides, a petting area, a golf simulator, popcorn, cotton candy, ice cream, outdoor games, and a bubble machine. Food trucks on-site include StirFry Mania, Devine Grill, Pour Palmino, and Just a Squeeze. Don’t miss the crowd favorite dunk tank featuring local officials. Food, shopping, and some activities may have associated costs. No rain date is scheduled.

The Annual Stop the Violence Bull Day is back at Frazier Park for a free family evening honoring the memory of Orlandus “Bull” Cobbins, Sr. and promoting peace in the community.
